  • What is a mobile mechanic?

    A mobile mechanic comes to your home, workplace, or roadside location to diagnose and repair your vehicle, saving you the time and hassle of visiting a traditional repair shop.

  • What areas do you service?

    We proudly serve Nampa, Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Eagle, Garden City, Caldwell, and Star. If you are located outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply.

  • What types of vehicles do you work on?

    We service most domestic and imported cars, SUVs, light trucks, and vans. Some lowered vehicles may limit the repairs we can safely perform. We also do not service certain European vehicles due to specialized equipment requirements or manufacturer specifications.

  • Do you offer emergency roadside repairs?

    Yes, depending on your location and the type of repair needed. Contact us to check availability and discuss your situation.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    You can schedule an appointment by phone, text message, or Facebook Messenger.

  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

    Whenever possible, we do our best to accommodate same-day appointments based on availability.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Please provide as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers.

  • What happens if I'm not there when you arrive?

    You are not always required to be present during the repair. However, this must be discussed before your appointment, and you must be available by phone or text if the mechanic needs to contact you. If we arrive and cannot begin work because we are unable to reach you, a trip fee may apply.

  • How much do you charge?

    Pricing depends on the repair needed and your location. We provide estimates before work begins whenever possible. Please note that the estimate may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair. No additional work will be performed without your approval.

  • Is there a diagnostic fee?

    Yes. Diagnostic fees cover the time required to identify the issue and are separate from the repair cost. The diagnostic fee is not applied toward the repair.

  • Will I receive an estimate before repairs begin?

    Yes. No repairs will be completed without your approval. If additional repairs or parts are needed after work begins, we will contact you and receive your approval before continuing.

  • Can the final price change?

    Sometimes. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you before performing any additional work.
