By approving an estimate, scheduling service, signing a work order, making payment, or otherwise authorizing repairs, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Authorization of Repairs
Customer authorizes the repair and/or maintenance services described in the estimate or work order. Any repairs, services, or parts not included in the original estimate will require customer approval before work is performed.
Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during the repair process that were not visible or diagnosable during the initial inspection. If additional repairs are needed, customer approval will be obtained before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
A cash payment discount may be available when payment is made at the time of service.
Returned checks are subject to applicable bank fees and administrative charges.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. Repairs performed by our company are covered by a limited warranty for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This warranty covers:
- Defective parts supplied and installed by us.
- Defects in our workmanship.
At our discretion, warranty-covered repairs may be corrected by repair, replacement, or refund of the original repair cost.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover failures or damages resulting from:
- Improper maintenance.
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Accidents, collisions, or environmental damage.
- Racing, off-road use, or commercial use beyond normal operating conditions.
- Customer-supplied parts.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Repairs or modifications performed by others after our service.
- Vehicle issues unrelated to the original repair.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts unless otherwise stated in writing.
Related Component Disclaimer
Vehicles are complex systems with many interconnected components. Repairing or replacing one component does not guarantee the condition, reliability, or future performance of related components that were not replaced.
The failure of one component may mask existing wear, damage, or defects in other parts of the vehicle. As a result, additional issues may become apparent during or after repairs are completed. Such failures are not considered part of the original repair unless specifically identified in writing.
Diagnostic Disclaimer
Diagnostic services are performed using available information, testing procedures, and observable vehicle conditions at the time of inspection. Because some problems occur intermittently or may be concealed by other failures, an accurate diagnosis cannot guarantee that additional faults do not exist.
Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for:
- Maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Monitoring vehicle operation following repairs.
- Immediately discontinuing operation of the vehicle if overheating, fluid leaks, warning lights, unusual noises, or other potentially damaging conditions occur.
- Following any recommendations provided by the technician.
Failure to properly maintain or operate the vehicle may void warranty coverage.
Mobile Service Conditions
Customer agrees to provide a safe and accessible work area for mobile service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally accessible and that permission has been obtained to perform repairs at the requested location.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the original repair.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, lost wages, loss of vehicle use, loss of profits, or other related expenses.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the services are performed.
Acceptance
By approving an estimate, authorizing repairs, signing a work order, or making payment, customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
